On behalf of the organizers of the VIII Economic Forum TIME announce that an accreditation system will be launched on 3rd January 2016. Participation in the Forum is free of charge to all interested.

Terms and regulations

for granting accreditation for participation in the VIII TIME Economic Forum

• The TIME Economic Forum (hereinafter referred to as “The Forum”) is organised by the Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications.
• Participation in the forum is free of charge to the persons who within the period January 3 - Fabruary 20 2016 declared their participation via the website www.fgtime.org.pl and received a confirmation of accreditation from the Organisers.
• The Organisers are entitled to refuse to grant accreditation without giving any reason.
• Accreditation does not entitle the participant to carry out any advertising or marketing activities in the area in which the Forum takes place or associated with the Forum’s course.
• The Organisers are entitled to impose a penalty of PLN 10 thousand for every case of a breach of the regulations set out in the fourth point. In addition to the right to demand payment of the penalty, the organisers may claim compensation for damages exceeding the amount of the due penalty.
• The Organisers reserve the right to make any changes to the Forum programme.
